The use of DNA testing to determine tenderness and marbling is what sets my product apart from the rest. You will always get a more tender and more marbled product when you use genes of the most tender and highest marbling cows and bulls.
Your meat will be boxed at frozen at around 0 degrees so you will not need any coolers.
I will make numerous deliveries in Chesterfield during the summer.
I will deliver to Northern Virginia on July 30 2026 at the Macy’s at 3102 Plank Road in Fredericksburg at 5:15 pm, the Target at 1090 Stafford Market Place in Stafford at 6:10 pm and the Whole Foods 6426 Springfield Plaza in Springfield at 7 pm.
Filling out the cut sheet can be confusing so I do that based on a questionnaire I provide that you fill out.
My Grass-Fed Beef is hormone free and antibiotic free. Grain is never fed. Glyphosate is never used on my pastures. I raise the cattle I use.
A $500 down payment is required for a beef half and $300 for ground beef and beef quarters. Down payments are due by April 1.
